Buyer Terms
Buyer Terms explain your business purchase of PingCalls leads and calls, from accepting a written quote to payment, returns, and your responsibilities when following up.
Buyer Terms and who they cover
Last updated: October 20, 2026.
These terms apply to businesses that request quotes and buy leads or calls from PingCalls. PingCalls offers exclusive leads, inbound calls, live transfers, and self-booked appointments to business buyers. In these terms, you and your refer to the buying business. Read these terms alongside your written quote before accepting a purchase.
Your purchase covers the product and service described in that quote. It supplies inquiries from people seeking a service; your business handles its own follow-up and customer work. The written purchase details establish what you are buying and the conditions that apply to delivery.
Written quotes and acceptance
Quotes are sent by email. Your written quote sets out the product, territory, filters, delivery hours, caps, exclusivity, price, and payment terms for your purchase. Read each of these details before accepting so the buying arrangement matches the service you want and the area your business covers.
Once you accept the quote in writing, that quote together with these terms forms the agreement for the purchase. If the quote and these terms conflict, the quote controls for that purchase. Keep the accepted quote with your purchase records. To ask about its details, use the contact form on /contact/ or the AI chat. Replies are sent by email.
Prices and payment
Prices and payment terms are stated in your written quote. PingCalls does not publish prices on the site. The amount due and the payment terms you accept are part of your agreement, so read them together with the product and delivery details. A request for a quote starts the buying discussion; acceptance in writing establishes the purchase agreement.
Your business is responsible for payment under the accepted quote for the leads or calls delivered under that agreement. Review any lead quality issue through the returns process described below. Whether an inquiry turns into a customer sale does not change the agreed payment terms.
Products, delivery, and exclusivity
The product you purchase is identified in your quote: exclusive leads, inbound calls, live transfers, or self-booked appointments. The quote also defines the territory and filters, the hours during which delivery applies, and the caps on deliveries. Use those written details as the reference for the service you have accepted.
Exclusive means that a lead or call is delivered to one buyer within the agreed territory and terms. Exclusivity applies according to your quote. It describes the delivery arrangement for that lead or call and does not promise a sale or other business outcome. Review the exclusivity terms along with the territory before accepting.
Availability, caps, and results
Availability depends on the service category and area. PingCalls does not guarantee volume. A daily or weekly cap is a limit on deliveries, not a promise that the limit will be reached. A cap does not establish a minimum number of leads, calls, transfers, or appointments for your business.
PingCalls does not guarantee sales, revenue, or results from your purchase. The agreement covers the service described in the quote, and your business manages the work that follows an inquiry.
Lead quality and returns
Credits are available under the returns policy for disconnected or wrong numbers, duplicates within the agreed window, out-of-area requests, and calls from someone who is not seeking the service. Flag calls within 72 hours and web leads within 7 days. See Lead Quality & Returns for the details of the policy and return process.
No answer, not interested, price shopping, and your business's own capacity are not returnable reasons. A prospect's decision about buying your service is separate from whether the inquiry meets the agreed criteria. Use the accepted territory and applicable duplicate window when identifying an issue for review.
Your responsibilities as a buyer
Your business must hold the licenses and insurance its work requires. Contact people only about the service they asked for. You are responsible for following the TCPA, telemarketing, do-not-call, and privacy laws that apply to your own follow-up. Buying an inquiry does not replace those responsibilities or authorize unrelated outreach.
Do not resell or share leads unless your quote allows it. Keep lead data secure in the systems your business uses to receive and handle inquiries. Apply these responsibilities when your team follows up and when it handles information from a lead or call. The purchase terms do not remove your obligations to the people who requested service.
Acceptable use of the site and AI chat
Use the site and AI chat for business inquiries and questions about PingCalls. Do not send spam, scrape the site, submit false information, or attempt to disrupt the service. These rules apply to form submissions and chat messages as well as your other use of the site.
Keep questions relevant to your request and provide accurate business details when asking for a quote. Do not type sensitive personal information into the AI chat. For questions about a purchase or these terms, use the contact form on /contact/ with the relevant purpose selected, or use the AI chat. PingCalls replies by email.
Service disclaimer and limitation of liability
PingCalls provides the service as described in your written quote. The agreement covers that service on the accepted terms, including the product and delivery conditions.
To the extent the law allows, PingCalls is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the service. To the same extent, PingCalls' total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected leads or calls in the prior three months. These limitations apply only as far as applicable law permits.
Ending service, disputes, and changes
Either side can stop future deliveries by written notice as your quote allows. Stopping future deliveries does not end obligations for leads already delivered, payment, or returns. Those obligations survive the end of service under the terms that apply to the purchase.
The governing law and venue for disputes are stated in your written quote or service agreement.
PingCalls may update these terms. The version in effect when you accept a quote applies to that purchase. The date at the top identifies this version. Keep it with your accepted quote so you can refer to the terms governing your purchase.
